As Walker recalls, “I was speaking at a local event on the importance of marketing and business building in the Pittsburgh Legal Community and I met the race director. After hearing about the wonderful work occurring at Stepping Stones Children’s Center, I was happy to support and tell others about this amazing event.”

Stepping Stones is a non-profit organization with the sole mission of totally developing children. The race helps promote the organization and emphasize a healthy lifestyle for local families in the Pittsburgh Community. The race day will include child friendly events such as face painting, RAW fitness, DJ Entertainment and much more! Specifically, the Foundation seeks to eliminate street violence, build character in the lives of local youth and maintain active lines of communication with the youth of Pittsburgh. The Foundation sponsors a yearly Walk for Life, Essay Contest and Mother’s Day Luncheon.
